spring is just around the corner and this will make you very happy! You can dabble in the flower beds and afterwards you can jump in the pool! Owner will provide lawn service, pool service and internet service! Plus there is even solar panels to help pay for the electrical service! Three very nice sized bedrooms! Terrific office/den area! Do you need a place to office out of?--we have it! Either a very large one or even an intimate one! Your choice! You can even BBQ on the deck or by the pool! You can use the shop/garage for all you projects! Honestly, we can't say enough--you just need to see it yourself! Everyone 18 and older must complete and application! But, hey don't worry--our applications are only $35 each! Possibility of a pet--but let's not make it weird--our insurance won't accept a pet pit not even a pet part pit! So don't ask! No smoking please!
