Submit your testimonialOriginally we purchased a lot in 2005 and the desire to sell came about. I attempted many times to contact the original Real Estate agent who sold it to us. I knew she was still in business because I found her website and could tell she had progressed very well in the real estate business. I left her messages and sent her direct messages on social media but to my dismay did not receive one call back. Apparently, she is doing too well to deal with the smaller sales anymore. I decided to look for a new agent in Texas and I came across Danielle. I gave her a call not expecting a pick up because of the time difference. A young, enthusiastic, kind voice answered. She told me it was after business hours but kindly took my information and promised to call back from the office the next day. Truthfully, I didn’t expect her to. I live in California and it’s not easy to have out state customers. Well not only did she call back but she handled it like a boss from that point on. She worked on getting the contract out to us and marketed our property in multiple ways within a week. At least once a week she would update me on how things were going if not more. She’d inform me when potential buyers made contact or didn’t make contact. Most importantly she shared our excitement when we got an offer and hustled to get the deal closed. She even went as far as personally delivering payment to our Association office located in Texas to ensure title transfer wouldn’t hold up escrow. Escrow went smoothly and quickly and I’d say most of it was because of Danielle. Great customer service, very friendly and communicative and all while expecting a baby. This fact may be irrelevant to some but to me it was quite impressive. I know first-hand it’s not easy to be on top of business and juggle family life. Kudos! Please continue to keep it together and maintain that great attitude even when sales are at their most. Customer relations are what will drive your company to the top. The world definitely needs more Danielles.

Danielle FitzGibbons joined Keller Williams in 2015 to begin a career as a real estate agent. She obtained her real estate license in 2014. Her experience in marketing and research has created many avenues for her to expand her knowledge and creativity in the real estate market.
